yep same here george, or trip over the curb while walking by the bus stop

For a number of years the buses here have had the ability to kneel level with the curb. And the newer buses have a 1-metre platform that swings out onto the curb to allow a wheelchair to come aboard. Typically room for two wheelchairs per bus.

this is Scotland mate… we are lucky the buses slow down to let us on.
i guess that’s where the phrase, "to catch a bus" came from. :lol1: :lol1:
