Hi All, and Happy New Year to one and all. Long time no contact but retirement really is “Where does all the time go ?” I think it was Billy Connally who said that “Life’s like a toilet roll. The nearer you get to the end, the quicker it goes !” He’s right !

Anyway with that sobering thought, my question/favour is :~ does anyone know where I can find/download designs for vinyl to cover ‘cornhole’ boards. What ?? (To quote Oprah Winfrey !!) I hear you say ! It’s an American garden game sort of like quotes ish. You throw small bean bags at a board with a single hole in it. The boards 4′ x 2′ generally have a design on them and it’s that design I’m hoping to find in order to print my own.

Any pointers or help would be much appreciated as it’s late Christmas present for my son and his family after they enjoyed playing on a recent visit to the states.

    Thanks in advance,

    Stebbo

    Hi Harry

I have attached some images and info that popped up on cornhole boards along with the dimensions, which were pretty straightforward, so I quickly created a pdf to size. I have attached them all and some…

As you can see from just a few designs for corn boards that I have attached. there doesn’t appear to be a fixed design layout as such. looks like pretty much anything goes!

I have attached a PDF Vector template for the corn boards:

Thanks for your replies, much appreciated. After much consideration regarding the vinyl panels, which it seems are actually available on the internet, I chickened out and went for a simpler option, staining and varnishing ! I know, I know, the easy option but at least I’ll know the varnish wont ‘pick up’ where the vinyl might. My trusty Vesacamm doesn’t get a lot of use these days and I thought this would be a good excuse to use it but the boards are very nearly there, once the masking tape comes off and they get their final couple of coats of varnish.

Thanks again for your thoughts. I’ll perhaps post a picture of them in use as I’m sure I’ll be expected to play once they’re handed over.

    Cheers,

    Harry

these boards look like great fun to design and play with! 😀

Gone are the days when some form of physical activity is involved in having fun as children today.
everything is computers and phones. i loved kerby, rounders and even hide and seek. all those types of games seem to have vanished. 🙄
