this morning when i started my daily work turn on the plotter and nothing happening seems the PC does not recognize the plotter I tried every ins tor the drivers …etc thing and I still have the same problem

Does the plotter respond at all, what about checking the USB cable. Also, once I had my plotter started plotting random txt, and the HPGL setting was setup wrong.

the graphtec does not respond at all change the cables …etc one of technician said that it maybe the PC any way he is coming to have a look at it on Wednesday hope it is or some thing bad at the same time I have a problem with my mutoh rockhopper 38 as I have changed the heads
it was fine in till the next day I do a test print it print the black but no color so if any ne had the same problems.
