i have one somewhere which i pop through empty premises doors now and then, or if i see some activity in what was an empty shop.

you’d have to do you own though as mine is pretty personal to me and my business. that said, i’ve not used it in a long time and would be interested to read what i used to say!

it basically welcomes them to their new shop, outlines a few details about my business, usually includes a 10% voucher and gives my contact / web details. i try to keep it to the point but with that personal touch. it’s gained me a fair amount of work over the past few years.
