Hello Folks, it’s been a long time since I done sub stuff, but I recently sold off some equiptment that I was not using and purchased a Ricoh 7100dn and a 3d heat press,,,,,anyway years ago I had a disc with colour profiles on it and I used to use it with Corel draw for doing Mugs etc,,,I have been on the sawgrass website, and changed all the settings in Corel X7 that they say you have to, to suit this printer and ink but I am not happy with the results. Do any of you use other colour profiles and if so were can I get them from.
And the 3d heat press,,,,well lets just say I will stick to a normal ones for mugs for the time being or maybe I will get the hang of it 🙂

Do you use the Sawgrass power driver ? since we changed to that we get good results just ensuring the artwork is in RGB mode and letting the driver do the work.

Before that we used the colour profiles and colour management within the applications and we could never get a result with CorelDraw that we were really happy with, it always seemed like there was too much ink being printed and fine detail being lost. So we switched to Photoshop and illustrator and results improved.
