colour rivets then try John Adams sign supplies.
they have a great range and competitive priced.

screw caps, well you cant beat ProDec. call and get some samples if you can.
    they have an extensive range.
please dont just think their caps are joe average you buy in B&Q i saw first hand some relatively flat caps on their stand at signuk last year.

they have a little thin almost flat one. the guy quickly took one, pressed and twisted it half turn on top of a screw. then asked me to pick it off… i couldn’t!
ok i dont have long nails and after a couple of goes i managed it. but it took effort and looked very snug and almost flush with the surface.

give them a call anyway, i am sure they will keep you right. they have alsorts of colours and types in stock.

Good to hear mate, please keep us posted on how you get on.
i was amazed by how many different types of caps they had, not to mention the huge colour scheme too.

These snap caps are the best, I couldn’t make up the £50 min order one time, so bought some of the JAG ones.
Big mistake. The white are a matt finish and pick up dirt immediately as you press them on. The blue ones the colour fractures as the cap distorts when fitted, leaving white stress marks.
