So helium has got another use besides doing Mickey Mouse impressions :lol1:

I would love to have a go at that – it looks fantastic. Just imagine how peaceful it would be without the deafening noise of a hot air balloon burner being fired every 30 seconds.

I’m thinking more about how peaceful it will be six feet below the ground. 😮

seriously though… ide love to give it a go, but not at that sorta height. i thought, yeh great stuff, have a few hundred feet of cord anchoring you on the ground while floating around. then someone winds you in when done. but not what they are doing… 😕 thats just nuts….. nuts oh Hazel nuts, cadburys make em and they cover my pants in chocolate 😉 :lol1:

Oh dear, are the long hours getting to you again mate? :lol1: :lol1: Everyone knows you eat milky bars… tut…. trying to cod us into thinking you were eating manly chocolate bars! 🙄

😉 Hey, we could get loads of balloons made up with uksignboards on them and have a competition to see who can get the highest! 😀 Bagsy going first! 😀

Perhaps we could all attach balloons to ourselves, and the one who gets posted back by a schoolkid in Saskatchewan wins a book token. You go first, Dew.

It does look fun, it looks sort of safe …. loads of balloons and you get a parachute ….. still a bit high though 😛

Now then, best of British! 😀 We nip down the Wacky Warehouse and prise those balloons from the kiddies. Then a mad dash over to Keith Chegwins house for some helium 😀 Fun run down to B&Q for some rope and a deck chair and we’re a whisker away from some skyward fun! 😀

The paraballooning is probably far safer, but the Cluster Ballooning looks more impressive and more achievable with some basic supplies! Gets my vote 😀

i can see it now…. im outside washing the car and i hear “KOOEEEEE ! ROB!!! up here mate! as i look up all i can see is dewi’s feet and him leaning forward shouting grab the line and drag me down… after a few jumps i shout its useless… i cant reach (no sarky jokes you lot 😮 ) as he drifts off into the clouds i carry on washing my car. later that night i go on boards.. only for nik a hundred miles up the road to report an unadentified flying UKSB member. :lol1: off to bed i go only to wake up to jill & stevo post saying she saw the same feet and heard the same KOOEEEEE 😮 :lol1: :lol1:

It could happen! 😀 Seriously though, I’d love to give it a go… may have to anchor myself to something heavy, but it’d be a bloody good laugh. I’m not sticking my company name on the balloons though incase I fall to earth in a somewhat undignified manner :lol1:

If I had a ready source of helium, I’d be having a go! The only thing worrying me now is how to get 3 safety lines for Carrie… anyone got a B&Q Warehouse discount card? :lol1:
