Mods please move if appropriate.Has any-one any recent dealings or non dealings as the case maybe with Chromex???
Have inadvertently paid an invoice twiceafter paying it by c/card prior to shipping after they sneakingly sent out the invoice without payment aknowledgement and our book-keeper paid it again 🙁
Trying to speak to their accs. dept to get the cash back is non existent.
Any body had problems with em???

only way i have found to talk to elusive accounts depts. is to keep ringing the sales line to block it up, -
Didn’t the owner pass away suddenly (age 38??) a while ago. I didn’t realise they were still trading?

No idea what the score was with the change-over, always willing to give a bit of lee-way if they tell you there’s problems and not just ignore you 🙁

we are trading with the new chromex, no reports of anything wrong.
