I normally start my Christmas work in May, with first ads appearing in papers end of June. These are brochures for Christmas programmes for hotel Dinner Shows etc.
By October, I’m usually ‘christmassed out’

We go to the Canaries each Christmas as it is our presents to each other.

That is Christmas and birthday presents. Christine’s birthday is on the 23rd of December and mine is on Christmas day.

    Carrie,

We moved house in January so our new neighbours will be in for a bit of a shock this year.

We’re having a Halloween party on Saturday Nov 5th, yes I know it’s bonfire night so we’re also have a fireworks display as well :lol1:

Don’t worry there’ll be plenty of pics.

I’ve only made one set of Chritmas signs so far….
but at my day job we have been stocking holiday crap for 3 weeks now!
It never ends….train stuff, decorations, lights, extension cords, etc etc.
As a consulation the halloween candy is now on sale….we stocked that for a week in September!
I keep buying little gifties at work, I have all my stocking stuffers nearly bought. But being that it is a hardware store….nothing too exciting.
    Love…..Jill

We went to the garden centre last weekend to buy a shed and left with a
5′ high singing santa for the kids ( I know sounds really tacky, but it’s
really good, kids spent all Sunday evening singing along with it)

I’m pleased to say it is now safely locked away in the loft.

Dave your lucky to be going to Tennerife, I’m looking to go there day after boxing day for a week but it’s just so expensive!

    my tax money. hmm!
