Channel Letter Production/Equipment
Hi does anyone have any experience with purchasing, using or subcontracting 1mm aluminium profile channel lettering. I may be in the market to purchase an item of equipment that can produce said channel letters but I’m gauging interest, experiences and advice from any source. Whatever the experience you may have had or what your requirements as a potential customer might be, I definitely want to hear. Good, bad or indifferent, I’d love to hear your angle. TIA, Paul

Hi Paul,
We have an ALB letter bender which takes aluminium coil profile for built up letters, works great for cheaper built up letters or the back tray cabochon letters but if you still want top quality you can’t beat a proper hand made stainless steel built up letter. Don’t get me wrong, I have made some cracking signs and still are with it. Your main thing is the glue you use and the prep for gluing.
