    Evening all.

We recently installed a large flatbed digital printer which is proving useful but we’ve had a couple of jobs recently which called for a large number of small signs. These were easy enough to print onto a fairly standard white vinyl but our production manager insisted on manually cutting the vinyl to size after print.

We do have a vinyl cutter on site with an auto-registration sensor and I would be grateful if someone could quickly run through how we might put the two together and save a whole load of time, never mind cut the signs out accurately!

    Thanks in advance,

    Simon

what rip are you using? it should be fairly simple to create the artwork with a profile cut that is regognised by the rip, complete with reg marks

    Thanks Peter; RIP is Poster-print.
