Ive just went to cut a job on my Graphtec and the cutter isnt being recognised by any of my machines. I never set it up originally, can anyone give me an idiots guide to replacing drivers when you cant find the disk????

Don’t know if this is going to be much help, but when we set up our Graphtec plotter drivers from disk, we found that we didn’t need it at all as the software we are running had the right driver anyway – so we’ve never used the driver disk to date.

You may be able to download the software on the Graphtec website?

are you using a proper ‘Graphtec’ cable ?

a cable from PC World is likely to make a communication error

    etc.

Sorted now, the cable was Graphtec and the machine has worked perfectly for 8 months. I remembered a while ago I had a faulty USB hub, just checked my latest one and thats the issue.

Damn you Belkin for selling shoddy goods, 2 USB hubs in 8 months!!

Cheers for all the help guys.

My CE5000-60 will not work through a hub at all, it has to be direct to the pc usb port.
