Hi sign peeps I have a problem on a new machine with grafityp wrap material it slips no matter how straight it is on my roland xr640 on the feed direction. no matter how many attempts and with all the pinch rollers and light cutting force it would slip to the side by about a inch every meter??? its like the backing paper is too slippy it feels smoother than my other stock, maybe waxy?? Anyone else have this problem? My pinch rollers are fine, cutting force is fine, all pinch rollers are in place??
IS THIS material just for wrapping not meant to be used for cutting on the latest roland print cut machines???
feeling disappointed and wasted 10metres of vinyl Im afraid i will not be buying this one again. sorry but I know when there is a problem that impossible to sort. just asking others also?

We have cut this material on our xr640 without issue, have you tried slowing the cut speed down?

This is very strange. I just can’t understand why??
Yes tried slowing right down it does help a little but it’s still out.
When I had a service a few months ago the right hand pinch roller was replaced I’m wondering if that’s placing more pressure on the right side but surely engineer checked he left side to have decided to replace the right side?? Yet on other media I’m not getting the problem. So irritating.
