Thanks Nic… i think some of that was the pic, but good points.
the word Floral is lined up with and the exact same width as the box. To me it looks off to the left, because of the L on the end.. Same with Bella, although i do have that slightly off center to the right.
    here’s another close up…

I still make everything too big.. even after i scale it down some.

You’ll have to schedule all of your Florist Jobs to coincide with your birthday Lynn! Anniversary, valentines day, etc. Keep Peter on his toes!

    brilliant work mate, very smart…

i was gonna say that brackets holding a hell of a weight but hdu is very light. so that bumped that thought on the head. whats the frame of sign around edges made of steel?
i like the sensible use of cable for extra support. i tend to go this route with signs projecting as far out as this.

do you carve the foam yourself or buy it in done?

    Very nice stylish sign Steve?
Did you do this by hand or is it CNC routed?
    What is HP vinyl?

It’s all Foam Robert. routed 3/8′ deep. just a 1′ border on the edges and the part with the lettering are all flush .
Two 1″ pieces of hdu Glued together with two Verticle Aluminum rods, in the middle – Drilled and tapped for the eye bolts.

JJ, it’s Cnc routed. wish I had the time and skill to do it by hand.
HP = high performance… but it’s cast – 8 year vinyl. I used that on this sign instead of paint for a cleaner look.

Thanks for the compliment guys.. means a lot cominig from you…
and yes it’s been busy here.. I’m booked for the next six weeks or so.

    Leigh…
this guy just started making sign brackets last year. He’s really good and has quite a few different styles.
They are a little pricey, but the quality is top notch. It’s a high end product. I highly reccomend them.
