Hi folks …mm a bad morning, carrier arrived with two of my vinyl parcels
missing. In all fairness victory did send them but its the carriers fault.”oh ill probaly see you tommorow mate with the rest of the order” he says.Ive not lost the job but the customer aint happy. In the real corperate world theyed be going to court for compensation …..but who really cares about a one man operated business!!. They dont care about the fact that you might lose future work from the customer..i mean they can always deliver tommorow… (hot) (hot) (:) (:) rite ??

Just be thank full it turned up undamaged. The rule amongst carriers nowadays seems to be it doesn’t matter if goods are damaged in transit – as long as it’s delivered. If the customer dares to complain – refuse to hand over the rest of the consignment – that’ll teach us ungrateful customers who like to moan all the time 😳 .

That’s what happened to me the last time I muttered my dissatisfaction at the damaged goods they tried to hand over!!
