I think its a graphic
Designers love to take a font and play about with it to create their own individual character
Some fonts (graphics) become a trade mark

letterheadfonts.com have got some nice fonts of that style I seem to recall. worth a look..

Found THIS on the net:

“According to the Carlsberg website, “In 1904, Carlsberg pilsner’s famous logo, designed by Thorvald Bindesbøll, is introduced”. It was drawn by hand long ago.

Sometimes somebody will create a font to mimic the lettering of a popular logo, but I know of no such font in this case”
