A while ago we received a .psd file one of our clients. The file I am talking about can be seen here: http://www.face-id.be/flash/accent.png .
I was wondering if anyone here knows where I can find a comprehensive database with exact images like these ones.

Not sure about a data base but the likes of istockphoto are full of this style of design.
you may have to do some searching and look within designs for the parts you want but you will get them as vector
