I was just wondering if there was an easy way or with which program to produce a nice outline of the blue sportscar at the bottom similar to the other samples.
I can produce a woodcut image or a trace in corel but it then takes too long tidying up the nodes or removing the unwanted sections and bits so its ready for cutting. Or is it done by skill and the old fashioned draw by hand way??
I only require it in one vinyl cut colour.

    Alex.

I’d say personally it would be best to just import the photo in draw, lock it, and draw some lines and shapes over the top that represent the dominant lines on the car itself.

Cant think of any software that could detect which edges are more important over others I’m afraid

Had a quick attempt, something along these lines until i get it looking right. I’ll try and get a side on shot of the real car tomorrow so it should be easier to trace and play with a little more.
