    Hi all

Anyone used the sublimation canvas from BMS, seem to be struggling with it and can find any info on there website. Got the temp sorted but unsure of what side of the canvas to print and at what pressure. One side the print comes out very faint and one side the print looks blurry.

    Cheers

    Adam

Hi Adam, I’m new to subli printing but i’ve been on BMS site and time/temp settings are as follows:

    Press at 190 – 200 degrees for 50 – 60 seconds

I’d do a test print on either side, if still no joy it could be your pressure or even the subli paper your using.

    Cheers John

I haven’t used the canvas from BMS yet but some 330gsm from another retailer and I found that pressing for any less than 90 seconds gave a very faded image. Heavy pressure was needed as well.

You need to print on the less white side. A flyer should have accompanied the canvas advising this. Standard pressure is fine.
