    Hi

    I have been given artwork that the supplier says is a.i 10.

    My machine says the files are unrecognizable and when I try and post them for one of you guys to have a look at it says they are in a not allowed format.

    When I try and force the issue with illustrator I get a page of text instead of nice outlines.

    My Question is:

    What would you do? 🙁

    You could zip the file, but more than likely it could be a mac file?

    This is what it says at the top of the file when I force it to open in illustrator.

    –B_3301390541_915670
    Content-type: application/applefile; name="vibe logo.ai"
    Content-transfer-encoding: base64
    Content-disposition: attachment;
    filename="vibe logo.ai"

    Its a mac file right?

    and i’m using a p.c.

    Why cant I post the damn thing though?

    James,
    This site may be of help. I used the TransMac software some years ago with success. You get a free 30 days to try it.
