  • Cannot print psd files from Signlab 8 VPM

    I’ve opened a psd file in my vpm from photoshop cs3 and all i get when it prints to my versacamm is a smudge of multicolours? 🙁

    you cant open or import PSD files with vmp, although you can drop them into signlab and send to vpm from there. (Unless its changed on the last build) or just thought, are you using signlab to versacam?
    How are you doing it?

    I’m on build 6 of Signlab Print & Cut Ver 8 and you can import tif, jpeg, pdf and psd files which you can view in vpm but goes wrong when it comes out of the printer.

    picture looks fine in the viewer pane.

    normally what you see in the raw data view is what you get from the print,
    have you tried saving the psd as a JPG although once imported to signlab it should be treated as any other picture
