What is their software? Ask them if they do a demo copy so you can try it out.

victory designs software is Easysign, but im not getting how you use corel ‘with’ their software…dont they do the job as standalone apps!

I would love to be able to cut direct from corel X3 but i have no idea how to send it to output!

I’m not sure i just asked them if i buy a cutter can i cut with coreldraw or do i need sign software . They said i can cut with corel cus they supply the program to do it.

I was just trying to get started without spending loads of money on sign software. They all seem to be £500 – £3000.

I deal with victory a lot, and must agree their customer service in second to none!

I bought an entry level cutter and it came bundled with signblazer software, not the prettiest software out there but it does the job for me (I do shirts rather than signs)

Victory do sell Easy sign, which I have (abeit an old version 3.1 & 4 basic) and Signlab, I personally prefered Signlab and I think there is a cut only part for Corel.
It depends on what cutter you have but I know that Summa have Wincut or Winplot which is a free download, Graphtec have Cutting master which is available from Graphtec. I have both of these, they place a cut button/option in Corel X3 – both work well. I am sure Roland also do an equivalent, these are free and may well be the best option if funds are limited.

GCC SignPal machines can cut directly from Corel via a windows print driver.

All you do in Corel is manually reduce line thickness to 0.001 mm and then send via the print option to the cutter.
