can anyone tell me why large sections not cutting please?
Hi everyone,
have you ever had one of them jobs where you thought it would be extremely easy only for it to bite you in the backside? Im having one now!! :lol1:
The logo here https://www.uksignboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=37300 (thanks Chris for the help btw) is missing large sections when it goes to cut on my Roland GX24. It will cut one side pretty much in full, but the other side misses large sections of detail.
Im not cutting it particularly small either, its 580mm wide so the machine should easily be coping with the detail (or at least attempting it).
Ive tried all sorts now and the customer is expecting to see a sample tee shirt today.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

paul found a reason on my drawing unless you altered it after.
the background design is in rgb change the outline to cmykchris

Im at my wits end with this one now lol!!!
Now its cutting all the inner cuts but not the outline, so im left with all the white sections but none of the black.
Sorry to be a pain guys, but any ideas?

Paul can you post it as a draw 12 and I will take a look whilst twiddling my thumbs waiting for the rain to ease here?

I don’t see any problems with the artwork.
Paul if your cutting straight to a Roland driver are you setting the line width to 0.01?

Cheers for the file in the other post Chris, ill have a look now and see if ive come to the same result as you did.
