can anyone tell me why i get this error message please?
I often design vector logos etc in sign lab where I’m more familiar with node editing and from there i save as an ai file and reopen into photoshop to add colour
Could someone tell me why when i try to open in photoshop often i get the
error message…
‘Could not complete your request because the parser module cannot parse the file’
Whats all that about ? what am i doing wrong can anyone enlighten meCheers

Ive had this flexi to illustrator – basically it doesn’t like something in the file saved so try ungrouping everything make sure you have converted to curves fonts etc then copy and paste the whole thing onto a fresh page then save – problem often disappears 😉

ah ha it also happens from corel to ps. good question.
even thou i export eps selected only, if the design being sent is not on or to far away from the working page area, the error will appear.found that out by accident and as i moved the design to wards the page it started to place in ps ok.
