  • can anyone tell me why i errors on reading regmarks?

    Hello
I have started to print and cut some small scale stickers.

    First time it went well.

Second time with a differnt graphic the machine wont/cant read the first registration marks.

It is an a4 transparent sheet of inkjet vinyl and I have it in rotate feed.

When I try in in normal feed it can read the registration marks fine but there isnt enough spare material at this back so the Media just slips out.

It cant be the quality of the registration marks themselves or the material and I am lining up the blade inside the box in loads of different positions.
It looks like it is starting to read ok but then does a diagonal run then has a wee read at the adjacent sticker then stops with an error.

I will have to try that I think.

I just reprinted three times trying moving things around and it never worked.

you woudnt think the orientation of the media would matter it says you can do it either way.

    tks Chris.

This is probably me being stupid but if the reg marks are black, are they black enough for the lens?

i have read that the darkness of black affects screen printers so i just though (-)
