  • can anyone tell me why cutting is left un-cut please?

    Hello everyone, i am a little bit of new to this board and was hoping for some help. I have a cadet and generally a good machine but lately when profile cutting squares it will leave the far edge un-cut ? really anoying (hot) isssue. Anyone got ideas ? please

    if it is near to the rollers you might have put in a offset.
    if it is missing in the middle of the print area good question next.

    thanx … it’s not on the roller side its across width and only last line.. the guy at bplightbrigade suggested the USB cable too close to power cable but moved apart and still no joy 😥

    I get this on the odd occasion with the Grenadier (when printing the same image a good few times). In the troop software rip go to the tab with lets you adjust your print area, this lets you drag the black line away from around said image. this usually works for me when I have a missing contour Line.
