can anyone tell me how to get autotrace to work?
Hi chaps….
I have managed to get hold flexisign pro and started playing around with it..
I can’t seem to get the autotrace to work very good though… has anyone any ideas? (it autotraces the pics but the output is very poor)

Depends which version you have bought, I would just work through the tutorials as it is explained very well.

Might help if you could post a piccy of what you are trying to trace?
I find the autotrace feature in Flexi as good as any I’ve ever seen and used but you have to be realistic about how good the finished results can be. You need to have a nice crisp bitmap to start with.
Sometimes it is best to experiment with the contrast, brightness and colour saturation before tracing. Also it can help to trace different sections of the same bitmap with different trace settings – one setting wont usually be ideal for the whole bitmap.
Finally it can often take longer to tidy up a trace than drawing something from scratch over the top of the bitmap.
