can anyone suggest a solution to a cutting problem please?
Hi Guys
We have a problem you may be able to help us with. Were using Flexisign along with a Foison C24 cutter/plotter. The problem is this. Whatever we cut wether it be image or digit theres always a tiny amount of vinyl not cut which leaves us having to pull the vinyl gently in order to release it from the rest of the cut. We’ve tried everything but we still get this little piece not cut properly which on the smaller vinyl decals can wreck the letter or number you’re working on. It seems to happen on every individual item making the already difficult job of weeding even more awkward. If it helps it looks as if the cut ends at exactly the same point as it starts but short by about maybe 0.5mm. it’s almost as if it needs something like a tiny overrun to complete the cut. we’ve looked in the manual but there doesn’t seem to be anything that covers this. If any of you guys have any suggestions at all they would be most welcome. -

you need to adjust the blade offset settings until it is right.

Thats brilliant mate.Just tried it and i think it’s solved the problem. Have to admit thats probably the only setting we didnt try adjusting. Many thanks mate. I think you just made our job alot easier.
