    Hi All

Need to glue a strip of clear acrylic onto the back of two butt jointed/routed Opal 050 panels for a light box, ie to create a tongue and groove joint.

Can anyone recommend a clear acrylic glue?

Also I need to go to bed as its 3 in the morning.

    Good Night

amari plastics do tensol. i have a case of the stuff which has taken me god knows how long to go through…. still got a fair bit left.
there are also various adhesives on offer from grafityp, i believe they do a range of fusion adhesives. which again will do the job perfectly for you… i recently had some sample bottles of the stuff and it worked very well…

as you say its after 3:15am here so ill have to hit the sack soon. 😮

    As Rob has said,

Tensol 70 is a two part mixture that will go off in about an hour

Fusion is a liquid you syringe onto whatever you are sticking (welding) but only takes seconds to go off – which also means less chance of slippage between the two acrylic components

Went for the Fusion 500 as I just happened to have a Grafityp catalogue to hand.

    Thanks All
