Can anyone open or convert this file for me please?!!
Posted by Liam Pattison on February 18, 2010 at 3:01 pmHi there
this is the zip the customer has sent me, with a coral photopaint eps (i think thst’s what it is?)
I have an old version of photopaint, so not sure if it’s compatible with the file, but i can’t seem to open it. I can open it in illustrator but it comes out looking pretty weird.
Can anyone open it for me please? And convert it to an eps or an ai or something that i can use, i need to get this printed.
Thank you!
Liam

I can see it as an image in my photo program, I can import it as an eps into Corel 12 but it’s incomplete and not vector, and my Gerber program can’t do a thing with it and freezes.
🙁
The unzipped file is over 11 MB. So I can’t upload it.

Thanks for trying Jill! Sorry for freezing your computer, it did the same thing to my old coral draw six from ebay!!!
I think the guy who made it is using some kind of 80’s technology or something.
I think this one is going to be a bit of a headache
Thanks

Thanks everyone for trying,
Brian, i can’t seem to open the cdr file, could you save it as something i could open in flex or illustrator please. Sorry to be a nuisance!
I got it to open in illustrator, and i see the millions of little lines as well. Why would it be made up of these?
Maybe i should try to hunt down that clip art, is it a standard corel clip art or anything? without the ‘M’??
Thanks again to everyone

Thanks so much for taking the time to do that Brian, really appreciate it. Think i can work with that, but if not for any reason you just gave me the idea of getting it vectorwized.
Thanks again!

Brian,
your image is perfectly good, it was my eyes that were bad. I just need to delete a couple of the tiniest details and it will be fine. Thanks for getting me out of trouble with this one.
And thank you to everyone else also.
