hi chris just a quick reply,

every thing is to tight to the panel edges needs more space.
dont dis like the concepts, poor font choice for OSR door & big knowel tighten kerning.

Chris, are you posting two different designs or will one side be maroon and the other green?

As has been stated you need to move the lettering in from the edges. Also, the spacing of

    SPECIALIST

    CEILING

    CONTRACTORS

on the back needs to look more like:
    SPECIALIST
    CEILING
    CONTRACTORS

When I look at this it tells me nothing of what they really do. Therefore I traced a punched tin ceiling tile (popular here in the 1900s) and used it as a motif.
This of course is just a suggestion. I wanted to try out some new fonts I just bought.
Also, I would only put one phone number on the van no matter what the customers asks!
(I used some other van gleaned from here as all your vans look the same to me)
    🙂

Here’s the tile, and here’s how I did it.
I Googled (image search) "tin ceiling tile" and looked at the images that came up. I found one that was not too busy and saved it to my desktop. Then I took it into an Adobe photo program and switched it to black and white and played with the contrast. Then I imported it into Corel 9 and turned it into a black and white bmp. Then I used Corel Trace to trace it.
In wireframe mode, I ungrouped it/broke apart. I deleted any squidgy small bits and used the box tool to make a new border, then outlined/contoured it twice for a bit of dimension.
To be nice I’m sending it but one really needs to learn to do this on their own.
There can always be copyright issues when snagging an image from the Net.
    Love…Jill
Fonts are ones I’ve just bought from Sign DNA, Jade and Lowered.
