can anyone help with this site-board layout please?
Hi All,
Have had this customers logo design job for a good while now, I was full of enthusiasm when I first got it, but coz I’ve been so busy i not done a thing with it in 8 weeks.. Now I’ve just lost the get up and go on it, come up with a couple of ideas but any ideas welcome..
Its to go on a swb ht sprinter van, and on a narrow site boardsCheers all

County Windows or Kitchens ?
Simon, we used to do work for “County Windows” they went belly up ages ago, hope its not the same firm?

No i don’t thing so (hope not) Peter, I’ve known him years, he’s from surrey.
He has just parted company from his business partner (double glazing) and come up with the name “county windows”, he did a company search and found the name was available..did say something to me, about the other company gone belly up..
His brief.. nice lettering, must be blue and it’s got to have a tree.. also his new partner is doing kitchins, and that will properly be called “County Kitchens”??? lol
Hope you never lost any money mate? right pain in the a*se when a company goes bust on ya.. unfortunately been there

Blue trees dont’ work for me. Jill thats a great artwork, I like that.
Simon… just managed to do a quick webcheck at companies house, appreicate it is a friend but the one called “Country Windows Limited” in NW1, liquidated a few years back, there are a few more including “Country Windows (Susex) limited” and “Country Windows (Kent) Limited” which seems to have traded for a few years.

Dave it’s County windows not Country windows maybe that will make a differance to your search

Thanks Jill you do come up with some great ideas, love the idea of the tree through the window thing..
I was also thinking of using photos on the van, maybe try moving over to digital a bit?????but don’t want it to look like a gipsy’s van, if you know what i mean, as we have quite a few round here..I will have to have a mess around and see what else i can come up with..
Maybe just send over a pile of designs (2-3) to him and let him pick them about.thanks again

Played with this County Windows last night so I figured I would post it for you Simon, or else it would have just sat on my computer 😉
But, I see it’s totally diff. from what you had in mind and what your customer likes….all the same….here it is 🙂I like the one you have going with ALL green for the copy and graphic
