can anyone help with this logo please?
I don’t usually ask for design help (everything else, yes!) but this customer seems keen to give me work for 3 vehicles (a Vito, an Iveco Cargo, a trailer & a Daf 85 tractor unit) with more later if his business takes off. Trouble is in coming up with a logo which works.
So far I have the one below, and nil else. His remit is that the ‘L’ is red, (as in an ‘L-plate), and the A & T are blue. Otherwise up to me.
He wants the logo to be recognisable, and to use that rather than the full text. It also needs to work on all the vehicles.
If any of you can come up with some ideas for me to work on, that would be great.

Here’s what I came up with. My creative juices are running dry today.
I thought maybe to vary the blues (but you can’t go too light)
Design works with or without the side bar thingies.

Here’s a "roadie" type thing I started if they are more interested in the logo, a few shadows, change of border, some text, a nicer blue and red.
And some fairy dust!

Hi Jill and Steve, thanks for your input. Jill, I like what you have done, I agree the 2 blues work well, and I like the simplicity.
Steve, that is an interesting concept, and I shall see what the customer thinks of both when he comes in this morning, for a bit of ‘brainstorming’! -
Not got access to my software here through the day, but if you can imagine……
A red L with the Left hand leg and horizontal of the A in blue
The T then interlocks with the L again in blue.Makes quite a nice geometric shape………….Still stuck, Ill post it later…..

The customer apllied himself, and did make a bit of a fluff of some of it, but he says he is very happy-he even shook my hand and gave me a kiss! (See Phil, you aren’t the only one to get a kiss off a customer! :lol1: )

Shucks.
I never get kisses.
But there is an old lady who sells corn who always gives me hugs when I deliver her coro signs. It’s like hugging my Mom, a dovetailing of boobs and bellies and very cuddly.
