    Had this a couple of times. You need to remove and reload rasterlink I’m afraid! It’s the only way it will find its license files. Save any changed profiles etc first.

    We have never done this, and don’t want to get in a mess!!

    Yes It a remove & reload, been told this by engineer on my install – can also happen when there is a update to windows (I think it was windows…… can’t 100% remember what engineer said!)

    I right clicked on the Rasterlink program file..

    "restore previous versions"

    clicked a previous version to restore.

    once restored, it all now works fine.

    and relax.. ahhhhhh

    if I`m not mistaken when we had a computer melt down. we had to get a code from Japen before we could use rasterlink again.. took nearly 2 weeks.

    Yes, a new license code is needed if you loose or leave the old one activated on a dead PC and yes this has to come from japan!

    Always remember to deactivate rasterlink license if swapping your PC.
