can anyone help with Graphtec Signjet Pro 2 please?
We have had this machine for about 4 years it was our first and probably last step into the digital printing nightmare!!!
This runs on HP UV pigmented inks with special substrate and overlaminate.
When initialy purchased we used avery materials and although print quality was great, we had huge problems with prints delaminating and so changed our supplier.
At this point I am not going to name the supplier but up until about October last year everything was great. The prints were great and no problems with material.
This year I have had huge problems with prints curling up!!!
All I can say is that the print substrate and the laminate is shrinking and causing the curl.
This has only occured since late last year and everything printed before this is OK.My question is has anyone had similair problems like this?
We are getting to the point now that I am considering taking some sort of legal proceedings. The supplier agrees with me that there is a problem but there manufacturer says there isn’t.

i think we all have had these problems in one way or another if you havent you will before long.
1 supplier I completly fell out with another supplier took it on the chin as it were and helped out regardless of the maufacture guess who i spend my money with now.

Surely other people had similair problems!!!!
I have had problems but this one is huge and way beyond my small company to carry the costs.
