Unless there are more than one of Belinda, it should be Belinda’s.

Thanks… in this case I am content to trust our friends from across the pond with spelling :lol1: :lol1:
Not with ‘colors’ though eh?
Thanks again Jill and David.

Apart from the odd missed out U. And the odd ZEE instead of an S, most of the Americans that I have met have a far better grasp of the English Language/Grammar/Spelling etc. than folk here. 😥 Will include myself in that too btw. :lol1:

Just one of my high "horse´s".
There´s an outfit round here with several huge hoarding´s advertising
BED´S & BATH´S. And loads´ more of example´s in the UK also.
Surely a fundamental for all sign-maker´s is that they should have a good grasp of grammar, but sadly it seems´ this is not the case.
Have a look at a book by Lynn Truss called Eats Shoots and Leaves.Pedants reign! Or could be pedants´ rain falls mainly on the plain.

You can thank Sister Eusebia and her ruler for that.

I also loathe erroneous ‘s and unnecessary quotation mark’shttp://listoftheday.blogspot.com/2007/1 … marks.html
But am never sure if it’s surprise or surprize.
