🙁 I have just got a roland cx24 and am using flexisign 7.5pro the problem is everything is 90 Degrees out for cutting for example what you see on the screen in portrait view cuts landscape or vice versa I had the same problem with my pcut but I was able to get a CSM file and drop it into the drivers directory which cured the problem apart from changing the orientation in flexi can any one help

    Hi

I’ve not owned a Roland brand plotter but on all the other plotters I’ve owned and currently own there is an ‘axis orientation’ (or similar name) setting via the plotter menu. Maybe that is set incorrectly and could be worth checking?

    Cheers

It should be in plotter options in the software, it is on signlab anyway.

Try clearing preferences in the Flexi application menu. This is always a good place to start when there are little glitches.
