can anyone help please im unable to import files?
Hi guys, i have signlab 6.1 and am having some difficulty importing files into the software, when i try to import the usual L shaped cursor appears i click as normal and then nothing appears. This is not the only problem, i have tried to drag items in from illustrator as i would have previously done and i am unable to group them. With this problem i also tried to print the image and it says that when i can clearly see the image on screen no item to print!! please help, this is stopping me from doing some business. if no solutions can anyone suggest who to call??

Not being able to print sounds like the items are on different layers. Try getting rid of layers and then printing.
Not sure about drag and drop from illustrator but maybe there are locked objects that need seeing too?
Are you sure the files you are trying to import are supported and also not just rubbish files. Did you try importing them into other software? Older versions of signlab never were great at importing but we normally fine for ai and eps.These are all wild stabs in the dark, if you can explain what things you have tried it might narrow it down.
