    HI all,

i’m currently redrawing a design that a customer sent, it won’t scan or trace so i’m doing it the slow way, ie… drawing lines over the top, i’ve done the first part of the design quite easily, what want to do i colour fill the objects / shapes i’ve made, but because they’re made up of several lines, i cant seem to fill wth colour, i’ve tried welding them together and a few other things, but just cant seem to fill em with reference colour,

    any ideas welcomed !! 😉

Hi, hugh.. Press F1, search for “Closing multiple line segments” and “combining objects”

Also interesting read is “Working with Curve Objects”

All the lines and shapes need to be combined into ONE object. An object can be coloured or outlined.

    HEY GUYS
many years ago I was taught, if you dont know, R T F B
    Or Read The F..ing Book

Most help files are the book, so dont ignore them

To all Corel Draw users – go to http://www.oberonplace.com and http://www.isocalc.com for some FREE add ons, there are also some pay bits there too but they are cheap. Look out for the tiler (step and repeat) registration mark – round corner fixer, these 3 are free and can be a great time saver.

    Dave,

I presume you are refering to the manual, not the book as mentioned above?
