  • can anyone help me get signlab working with roland gx-24?

    I am having difficulty using a roland gx-24 with signlab software. The driver is installed correctly on windows but signlab doesnt seem to recognise it. Can anyone help?

    1. In SignLab, go File menu >> Install Cutting Devices.
    2. Tick the Roland GX-24 checkbox.
    3. Click Next to perform the install.

    I tried this but there is no roland gx-24 ckeckbox i have been operating the plotter using the cx-24 option

    • From the main http://www.cadlink.com web site, go to the Downloads section and then Plotter Drivers section.
    • If that is not getting joy for you, then check that your SignLab software has been patched to the most current available.
    • Failing that, then you need to contact either your CADlink Sales Representative, or CADlink Tech Support. They will help you get running quickly if you are still having issues.
