What have you tried so far? Copying drivers into the Flexi drivers folder?

you should be able to drag & drop into the drivers folder!!

don’t think it makes any difference but mine is 7.5 pro

    1. Copy your driver file into the Flexi "OutputDrivers" folder (which is usually located in C:\Programs Files\Flexisign-PRO\OutputDrivers)
    2. Clear your preferences (click on "Start" then "Programs" then "Flexi" then "Clear Preferences")
    3. Reboot your computer
    4. Open Production Manager, then click on "Setup" then "Add Setup"
    5. Under "Manufacturer" select your driver "Mutoh Xp 500 series"
    6. Click "Next"
7 Leave the setup name as the default and click "next"
    8. Select the correct port (most of the time it should be set to either com1 or com2) and click "Finish"
    ——–Installation Complete——–

Hope this gets it working. 😀
