    Hiya

Can anyone help, I need to make some signs for a car park which has reserved spaces……some are for staff which will remain the same information all the time, but the other half are for visitors which will need to be interchangeable as the names will alter daily.

At the moment they use traffic cones with little blackboards on them……as you can imagine this doesn’t look the most professional of signage!!!! 😮

We need to use something that blocks off the space as they have real problems with other people parking up and using the spaces….but light enough for people to move out the way when they arrive.

    Hope this all makes sense!!!

My initial idea was to use the small a-boards as we use them all the time for events – but I just thought that I would ask if anyone else could think of something better.

    Cheers

how about these ‘off the shelf’ metal road sign frames?

you can use interchangeable pvc sign panels

I had exactly the same request some years back.
I used a post system from Safety Shop.

Can’t post images here so see my Parking Signs post in Graphic Design forum.

I have to ask why you bothered to post but didn’t check back here.

I spent some time coming up with just the job for you.

    Hiya Peter

Can I apologise for not getting back to you sooner……..I usually respond straight away to posts, but last week I was taken ill, and was out of the office all week, so this is my first chance I have had to check the forum since I posted the original question.

The products that you and Neil have suggested are great, and I will certainly be ordering some of the posts from the Safety Shop – they are exactly what I am after.

I really do appreciate the time you took to find the supplier – I would be lost without this forum!

    Cheers

    Stacey
