Dave they seem ok when I preview them, I did notice that there is no substata selected, could that be the problem?
The top hayter logo is not as it should be though. ther are bits missing from the white letters.

When opening the file, it had three layers in the Sheet Layer palettes. From the Sheet Layer context menu, I chose to flatten all layers, and I set the media to a white premium film. Seemed to output okay after that.

It is not immediately clear to me why there was a problem, but let me know if further issues. :lol1:

it came out as 3 layers, and cut only, I clasped all layers and set to print and cut, the Hayter and efco centre of the letters have moved so just need putting back. look at it in wire frame.

    it outputs ok for me.

Sorry guys got held up with the van last night.

I sent the cut version (as that comp is connected to internet) but when merge into print&cut signlab the layers are set to collapse anyway. Still unable to print the f*****.

Yer I suspect there is some issue with my system, I am going to recreate it on the print and cut computer and try that.

    Thanks

I changed the rectangle of the logo changed the colour of the text and hey presto it prints 😮

Thanks for all your help, maybe I just need to update my computer.

Still can’t print the Hayter logo (hot) had to cut it instead.

If I select the green area it will print that, if I select the light green and gold it will print that, but select all and only the light green and gold print.

    Any ideas Rod?

Dave have you looked at it as raw data?

it looks fine to me, but I haven’t printed it.

I’ve been doing the raw data preview as well. I tried the "trouble file.CDL" file and it was okay. I note that the sheet layer was set as cut only, though that would not prevent choosing a media in the Spot Foil Browser dialog when sending the job.
