carefully clean the lens with a lint free swab

you can not clean the lens, covering bit with out taking it to bits. not difficult.

which mark will it not see.

Make sure the pinch wheels are outside the print area, i.e. not running over the marks. Make sure you’ve got the sheet the right way round – been caught with that before!

thanks guys, sheet loaded correctly, cleaned the lens with a swab and it still wont auto find the two front marks..anything else??

ok sorted, not sure what it was, swithed everything off inc computer, reloaded and all is working…suppose it is monday morning after all…thanks guys
