Good question Kevin – I was wondering the same myself. My Cadet is only 5 months old so I hadn’t really thought about it yet. What do others recomend?

So far I have only had to change Magenta and yellow – the others are due to run out any time now

five months and only one cartridge ? are these 440ml’s? huh?

Service agreement, in my view the 2nd year is when the fun and games start! however read the small print carefully and talk to them about the gurantees with regards the heads. One thing we discussed (with another supplier) is Call out fees etc.

    hi Becky

had my cadet for 18 months now and i took out the extra warranty. i was like you, is it worth it etc, the thing you have to ask yourself is how long could your business run for with out it?
if your like us now, not very long, i have had to have them out to it twice since i took out the warranty, both times were next day and sorted the problems, they have also sent out new dampers and wiper blades when i have called for advice.

so at first i was not going to bother with the warranty, but now iam glad i did, and if anything goes wrong with the heads they will change them too.

    just an update.

i took out an agreement to cover me for 12 months.

i was a bit hesitent, as this agreement ment i couldn`t find cheaper ink suppliers.

but i have been informed that they`ll beat any ink price quote, and can supply me with ink at £120 a ltr and free refillable carts.
