    None if they don’t ask for it and you already have the job.

    I have in the past gone as far as a 20% discount if they are all the same as the speed you can rattle through them will well worth the apparently huge discount.

    I would offer them a discount as long as the 20 vehicles don’t come in dribs and drabs.

    Be carefull how much you offer tho as they won’t be too happy to go back to original price if they need future ‘one offs’ doing.

    why not do 19 at full price and the last one free…same principle but means all 20 come your way rather than just 10 or 12 that can be the case when customers mention these numbers

    Id definitely go with Craigs idea, been caught out a while back with a small fleet (17 I think). Measured them all as they were boxbody fridge units and only did 6 in the end as they sold off the others without replacement….
