Could I have peoples opinions on what they consider to be a good printer cutter. We are thinking about getting one but only want to spend upto £3000.

Is this enough or do you have to looking at spending alot more or is it better to pick one up second hand?

    Any help much appreciated!! 😀

Not sure you will get anything new for £3k?

    Maybe a 2nd hand PC60/600.

May be worth spending more depenging on what you want to do with it, what work you have lined up etc….

It may be a fair bit more though, ie £9k ish for a Cadet/Versacamm or similar.

Not planning doing anything spectacular wih it just the basic stuff people ask for like stickers, van graphics etc.

We are only just starting up and want, as you can imagine, not to turn any work away. 😕

Do you know of anyone who deals with second hand machines?

    Cheers Chris 😀

There have been quite a few on sale on here in the past…

Would look up previous posts 1st if I were you. The PC60 is fine for small stickers etc but VERY expensive if you do something a bit bigger. Maybe even £40+ per sq metre, so if you are going to do vans etc then it could be a false economy to buy a cheap machine.

Anyway look up previous PC60 posts 1st, see if it is gonna be the right machine for you. There are plenty of strong opinions most either love or loathe them….
