All , not had much call for yellow banners , but got a job in today that gunna use all and a bit more of what i have , so i called Victory to order some more , they they recon they don’t do it , and never have ??

it has been a while though , i have even looked through all my invoices etc , and cant find the original invoice , so maybe it wasn’t them , was sure it was though

so anyway , i currently get white from them , 24" high , these days i have to put my own eyelet on the 2ft mark (pain) as i think banana banner have the patent , i like the banana banner stuff , but don’t buy in banner vinyl any more , standard vinyl isn’t good with it at all , the budget stuff is use though takes standard vinyl great , our banner outside has been there for over 2 years now , and still holding strong.

so , i have looked and talked to a lot of people today , but nobody can help me , they just keep saying "Banana" , so does anybody know where i can get a budget coloured (yellow) banner pvc, on a roll , 2ft (not 22" as banana is) with eyelets (wont cross my fingers for x2 every 2ft) , on a roll of around 100ft at about £1.30 ish per foot (duro white was 95p last time i ordered)….

I’ll add a note , don’t mind where this post ends up , if anybody out there has such stuff , and has moved to printed , then please let me know , we can come to some sort of deal…

    cheers all , steve

    hi steve

banana banner hold standard oracal 751 perfectly well as long as you meths the banner over first to get rid of any surface grease.

the banner material is all made in the same factory…..in forfar angus would you believe …..and it does have an oily film over it, in which you have to clean before applying banner vinyl 😀

    Hi Steve

I think over time most of the cheaper banner materials degrade and an oily silicon comes through the banner to the surface which needs to be cleaned off before you get a good adhesion. I don’t use the 651 series but i would think you would not have any problems with it after a good cleaning.

    Best wishes
