BOMB!!!!
A dredger has just come alone side the wharf where we work with a suspected BOMB.
The coast guard and the police are here and they are starting to evacuate some of the buildings.
The bomb squad is now on it’s way

Hi All
We have just been let back in the building.
They have taken the dredger and the bomb out into the bay, away from the town and more importantly away from me and they are going to blow it up.
So all back to normal

Yes, we are all ok
I think they blew the bomb up last night out in the bay.
It was from WW2 and was probably one of our own as the wharves that we work from were used in the war for loading ordanance.
Bit of excitment though.
