An ex Roland engineer called in on me yesterday and I mentioned the inks and he recommended that I stick to the genuine stuff. And before you ask, no he doesn’t supply inks.

I have had the same advice too. i just can’t be bothered with the hassle of changing and then the possiblity of problems. While its running and earning me money I’m happy.

Hi Mike

They are inktek inks, i have been using them for about 6months now in my cadet.

I Find them ok, the colours I would say are a bit brighter/more vibrant than the roland inks, no issues with the machine ie heads blocking etc. only down side i would say is that prints are less scratch resistant than when using roland inks, not an issue if you are laminating, but could be if you are not.

I think they are good value, and you can change to them as you run out of ink, ie as a cartridge runs out put in a new inktec one.
